Pipe roughness from operating data

Takes timeseries of (Δp, flow, T) and inverts the Darcy-Weisbach + Colebrook-White equations to produce a posterior on pipe roughness ε. Tracks fouling growth without a dig — and the CI tells you when fouling has accumulated past the deterministic ‘design’ value.
