- Live-API audit harness — three independent scripts (audit-live-api / audit-deep / audit-browser) that POST every example payload + every dropdown option to api.austenite.org and report schema drift. 64/66 PASS today, two known non-bugs (placeholder asset + optional folium dep).
- Scientific bug fixes pushed live: Pourbaix region/visual mismatch (sea-water aerated now PASSIVATION), Schaeffler region (304L now A + F predominantly austenite), galvanic-series broken default cathode, hardness Tabor estimate fallback (HV 200 no longer shows "—"), sour-service H₂S key schema, transport_composite_plane_wall WallLayer key, mtc_parse_compare spec preset names, knownValues drift in three dropdowns (mtc / galvanic / insulation_name).
- 12 parent-route 404s fixed — /console/{ffs,inverse,mtc,safety,infer,posteriors,rotating,repair,transport,welding,diff,verticals} now redirect to a representative sub-page instead of hard 404.
- Hardcoded "587-alloy database" strings everywhere replaced by live MATERIALS_DB.length — datasheet + equivalents + compare-alloys + console schematic-visual all reflect the actual count.
