Terms of Use

1. Free for non-commercial use. You may use austenite.org freely for educational, academic research, and personal exploration. Commercial use — production stamping, paid consulting, embedding in a customer deliverable — requires a commercial licence.
2. Bring your own AI key. The agent uses your AI provider key, called directly from your browser. austenite.org never receives or stores your key. You are responsible for the costs and rate limits of your provider account.
3. No reverse engineering, no bulk scraping. The platform’s Bayesian corpora and source code are protected; redistributing them without permission is prohibited.
4. No warranty. The platform is provided AS-IS. See the disclaimer for full text.
5. Right to deny service. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone using the platform for unlawful purposes or to attack the platform itself.
6. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where austenite.org is operated. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration.
